NYPD cop Gilberto Valle was charged and arrested for a cannibalism plot he thankfully never got the chance to execute. Over the past months, Valle has been sending emails detailing his plans to kidnap and torture 100 women whom he had profiled and catalogued in his computer with their names, addresses, phone numbers and pictures.
In one such email he talks about cooking a woman alive.
He said, "I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus ... cook her over low heat, keep her alive as long as possible"
In other records he talked about how he would have to fit a woman in an oven by bending her legs.
Valle actually met one of his potential victims for lunch one day. Scary.
Earlier this year he was going to kidnap a woman for someone else for $5000 and told the 'buyer' that he was trying to become a professional kidnapper.
"I will really get off on knocking her out, tying up her hands and bare
feet and gagging her. Then she will be stuffed into a large piece of
luggage and wheeled out to my van."
Thank goodness they caught him before he was able to hurt all these women. It's a shame that a police officer would use his position to commit such a crime.
