Not necessarily.  Chad is due to finish his domestic violence program soon, and at that time the separation order will be removed.  Evelyn would then have to file a restraining order to keep him away from her but she doesn't want to do that because she wants to move on past this.  As it stands she does not want to be in contact with him.
